What Is The Policy?

We have only one policy towards customers. We have a strict no-refund and no return policy. Any merchandise that has been bought cannot be returned back to us after being ordered. The same goes with payments; any payment that has been paid to us cannot be refunded to the customer. The reason? After we order a product what happens usually is that it immediately is manufactured and customised by our team and is sent to be made within few minutes. For this reason if any customer cancels an order, our teams’s hard work, time and most importantly materials would be going down the drain. And regarding the no-refund policy, we have it in place because it is hard to audit our books when reverse payments are being made. That is why we have placed a strict no-refund and no-return policy.
